Trip Extension in Seattle, Washington
If you’d like to spend a few more days in Seattle, the group rate will be offered at the Grand Hyatt Seattle for up to three nights before the group arrives. Accommodations are not guaranteed and are based on availability at the time of the request. Hotel extension rates will be available at a later date.
Other Considerations for Trip Extensions
MADISON has been selected as our incentive travel company. They have contracted special fares and guaranteed numbers of passengers with the airlines on our behalf.
If the itinerary requested is at a higher airfare, the difference in cost will be passed along to you. You can explore your options further with MADISON’s air transportation manager for the program after you have qualified for the trip.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the cruise port is included on group travel days. If you arrive early or stay later than the group, you’re responsible for your own transportation between the hotel and airport.
