• Each trip is for two people. Room occupancy is two people per Celebrity Cruises for Custom Brand Group contracted cabins.
• Also included is one night at the Grand Hyatt Seattle (Bonus day/pre-night May 16th for Blue Diamond and Diamond Premier levels only), roundtrip airfare from home airport, airport transfers to and from Seattle Tacoma Airport on group travel days, food & beverage on board the ship, Welcome and Farewell events.

Buy In Information:

• Per Celebrity Cruises, There is NO availability for more than two people ma+ximum permitted per cabin based on Custom Brands Group contracted cabin type with Celebrity Cruises.
• Children under the age of 6 months are not permitted to board the ship.
• Children over the age of 6 months will be considered your one allowed guest.
• i.e. Mother, Father and child are NOT permitted in one Custom Brands Group contracted cabin.

• Additional Cabins maybe booked directly with the cruise line either online by clicking here or by calling 1-888-751-7804. Availability is not guaranteed. We will be sailing on the Celebrity Edge, May 17-24, 2024; Alaska Dawes Glacier.
• CBG/Madison does not assume any responsibility for “buy in” cruise cabins and airfare.

    • No Additional Buy In Cost.
    • Airfare and ground transportation to/from Seattle Tacoma Airport to the cruise port must be booked on your own.
    • Name Badge must be requested by emailing Madison Travel team. This will allow buy in guests to participate in Custom Brands Group sponsored activities on board the ship (Welcome/Farewell events).
• • Blue Diamond, Diamond Premier Level:
    • Additional Buy In Cost is $667.35 (for 2 people) and you must register for this through Madison Travel Headquarters. please request link via
      email from Madison Travel Headquarters.
    • This cost includes one night (double occupancy) at the Grand Hyatt Seattle (room, tax and all fees), ground transfer from the Grand Hyatt Seattle to the Cruise Port and a breakfast buffet at the Grand Hyatt Seattle.
    • Airfare and ground transportation to/from Seattle Tacoma Airport is NOT included and must be booked on your own.

The Celebrity Edge will be departing from and returning to Seattle on May 17, 2024 and May 24, 2024. The port is located approximately 30 mins from both the airport and the Grand Hyatt Seattle. The port address is:
