- You will receive an email from Cbgepcruise2024@madisonpg.com with an invitation to register for the upcoming incentive trip. Please click the link within the email to register yourself and your guest (if applicable) by the designated deadline.
To Decline your trip:
1. Open the invitation email from Cbgepcruise2024@madisonpg.com .
2. Click the “No, I Cannot Attend” Button.
3. Fill in the decline form with your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Account Number (if applicable).
4. Complete Reason for Decline box.
5. Click “Submit”.
- You may register for available activities directly with the cruise ship after you receive your booking number which will be provided by Madison Travel Headquarters via email within 10 business days from your completed registration.

In preparation for your trip to Alaska, please consider the following regarding suggested attire.
The temperatures vary greatly in Alaska in Spring with the average high in May being only 55F (and 38F at the lower end). You can also expect possible rain, so please do pack accordingly.
Pack the clothing you need based on the planned events and the activities you choose.
When packing, you may want to include items from these categories:
CASUAL
For Women- pants, nice jeans, skirts, blouses, twin sweater sets, nice athletic or nice walking shoes.
For Men- slacks or khakis, nice jeans, shirts, pullover sweaters, nice athletic or walking shoes.
Not Appropriate for Men and Women- short shorts, suggestive slogans or pictures on t-shirts, revealing hemlines, necklines or ripped, tattered or wrinkled apparel.
DRESSY
For Men- dress slacks/khakis, collared shirts (jackets and tie not required).
For Women- pants, jackets/blazers, shirts, skirts, dresses.
Not Appropriate for Men and Women-shorts, jeans of any color, flip flops, bathing suits/cover ups.

The Custom Brands Group contracted cabins do not allow for upgrades per Celebrity Cruises.
There is NO availability for more than two people maximum permitted per cabin based on Custom Brands Group contracted cabin type with Celebrity Cruises. Children under the age of 6 months are not permitted to board the ship. Children over the age of 6 months will be considered your one allowed guest. i.e. Mother, Father and child are NOT permitted in one cabin.
